Dad was discharged from hospital to our home at short notice.They were quick to implement services, whilst ensuring thorough care plans and safeguarding is in place. Junia and her team have been invaluable in assisting us with caring for Dad. Yvette is kind, thorough, reliable and professional when dealing with Dad's personal care needs, plus, importantly, she treats him with dignity and reapect. I often hear Dad and Yvette giggling together, which is lovely to hear at a time when he is unsettled and anxious.
