I was asked on their first visit to leave a glowing review. I did as mum seemed happy. So far a couple carers do a wonderful job. Though none like to stay their alloted time. They can get 45min booking down to 12mins on occasions
Mum in hospital yesterday I said to carer not to worry about last night but come again this morning. We have had no contact and so far no carer today.

When asked by hospital who care provider was. They have no knowledge and couldn't find leeliam on records. Mum badly disabled and struggling to get herself ready for bed again. Not had wash for several days now

I had made contact with the hospital and spoken with the nurse and no discharge planning was mentioned. Client and family had company contact to inform us about discharge but no one informed us. I had called the hospital to check up on her but the nurse did not handover to the team and nurses are...

Overall Experience

Mum has a wonderful, competent, capable carer with a lovely disposition. The organisation and communication with the Manager has been great. Thoroughly recommend this company. So good to know Mum is in such good hands.
