I dont have enough words to say how absolutely wonderful Multigen carers are. Ada who runs the company has gone above and beyond for my disabled mum and she is one of the loveliest kind hearted genuine ladies I have ever met. She cared for my mum at first as my mum was nervous about having a carer come in and she put my mum at ease straight away with her lovely warm nature. Then when mum was used to having someone other than her family looking after her, Ada introduced mum to a lovely carer name Irene who also made mum feel comfortable with her straight away. Irene now cares for mum and we couldn't fault her. She is flexible with changing times and days even at short notice, and always on time. And Ada often rings up just to say hello and make sure my mum is ok which I think is a lovely thing to do. I would highly recommend Multigen to anyone, they really are brilliant!

Meet the Team (3)
As a Director and strategic Business Quality Assurance (QA) in the healthcare sector, I lead the development and implementation of quality frameworks that ensure compliance, patient safety, and operational excellence across all systems and services. With extensive experience in healthcare regulations, clinical processes, and digital health technologies, I drive quality initiatives that align with both organisational goals and industry standards such as CQC, HIPAA, and NHS Digital.
I specialise in designing robust QA strategies for healthcare services, from electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to domiciliary and supported care operations. My leadership ensures that all processes are continuously monitored, audited, and optimised, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Through effective team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making, I support healthcare organisations in delivering high-quality, patient-centred services while minimising risk and ensuring full regulatory compliance. My approach is rooted in the belief that quality is not only about meeting standards but enhancing outcomes for both patients and care providers.
As a committed Director and Nominated Individual in the healthcare sector, I bring strong leadership, governance, and quality assurance expertise to the forefront of adult social care services. With a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and Health and Social Care Act requirements, I am responsible for ensuring our services deliver safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care.
In my dual role, I provide strategic direction and operational oversight across our care provision, while acting as the accountable person for ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and continuous quality improvement. I lead on embedding robust QA systems that support regulatory inspections, staff training, risk management, and service user satisfaction.
My focus is on building a person-centred culture where dignity, respect, and inclusion are at the heart of care delivery. By driving quality standards across every area—from care planning to service audits—I ensure our organisation not only meets but exceeds the expectations of service users, their families, and regulatory bodies.
As a Registered Manager within the adult social care sector, I am responsible for the safe, effective, and person-centred delivery of regulated care services. With a strong focus on quality assurance and compliance, I oversee the day-to-day operations of care provision to ensure they meet and exceed the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
My role involves leading care teams, monitoring service quality, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. I implement robust quality assurance systems to ensure effective care planning, risk management, safeguarding, and staff training, ensuring our service users receive high-quality, compassionate support tailored to their individual needs.
I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for both service users and staff. By promoting open communication, accountability, and reflective practice, I ensure that our service delivers meaningful outcomes and maintains full regulatory compliance.
