  • Medical Procedures – We do not undertake any tasks that require a qualified nurse or medical professional (e.g., administering injections, complex wound care), unless specifically arranged with a registered healthcare provider. Unsafe Environments – Services cannot be provided in properties deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or where there is a risk to staff health and safety. Specialist Equipment Use – We only operate equipment that has been assessed as safe and for which our staff have received appropriate training. Illegal or Unethical Activities – We will not participate in or facilitate any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical actions. Transportation of Clients – Transport is only offered if prior agreement has been made, insurance requirements are met, and risk assessments are completed. Scope of Care – We provide personal care, companionship, and household support, but cannot guarantee 24-hour emergency medical response unless specified in the care plan. Animals on Premises – Where pets are present, we require notification in advance, and care may be restricted if there is a safety or allergy concern.
