I find the Walfinch service', their carers and the all round confidence they provide to my wife and myself which is absolutely vital to very old people. I will fully recommend the service without hesitation.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise and thank all the carers enough. Now I live alone since my wife passed they help me in the home by doing everything I now have difficulty doing,nothing is too much trouble, also taking me to my frequent hospital appointments. I have pets (my company) they all help me look after them, bring them treats. I could not do without my visits from my lovely ladies.

Overall Experience

Excellent care and service provided by the different carers. They take the time to chat and willingly help with other jobs around the house. Good reporting so the family know exactly what is happening. Efficient help with connecting to other services.
