Adele joined Lidder Care in June 2024 to implement home care services within the community. She started her career in the care sector in 1990 and has worked her way up from a care assistant to a senior carer and then to a Care Coordinator, gaining valuable experience along the way. Furthering her career, Adele wanted to work with individuals with disabilities before completing her Level 5 Leadership in Management. She then progressed to the Registered Manager of a Housing Association for a supported living service and outreach, where she also set up a successful homecare service.
Her favourite part of the job is meeting the clients and providing outstanding service, with a good team to meet their needs. Outside of work, Adele supports Mansfield Town FC and loves to spend time with her friends and family.
Zoie joined Lidder Home Care in October 2025 to support and coordinate the delivery of care across the service. Before joining Lidder Care, Zoie spent 10 years working in catering at Kings Mill Hospital, followed by roles in order and mail fulfilment, as an operations/scheduling administrator and finally as an accounts manager.
Zoie returned to the care industry working as a community care assistant for a local homecare company. To Zoie, home care is what she loves most; a role that is fulfilling and genuinely ‘good for the soul’. As care coordinator at Lidder Home Care, Zoie ensures that client needs are met and specified to the carers via up-to-date and accurate care planning and assessments, managing rotas, spot checks, supervisions, appraisals and client feedback, as well as acting as the first point of contact for clients, families and staff.
She loves working in care because she enjoys meeting people and hearing the stories that shape their lives. Zoie takes great pride in making a meaningful difference to those she supports.
