Her career progression took her from a care worker to a Field Care Supervisor, and ultimately to a management position. Her long-term experience caring for vulnerable adults, along with interactions with their families and health professionals, has given her a strong understanding of how to develop effective, person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC regulations. She enjoys leading and motivating her team to ensure the company's adherence to CQC and local authority regulatory standards.

Sue brings over 45 years of dedicated experience in the Health and Social Care sector, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and skills along her journey. She proudly holds NVQs at levels 3, 5, and 7 in Leadership and Management. With at least 30 years as a registered manager for both domiciliary and residential organisations, she has worked closely with CQC, ensuring high standards of care. Sue is genuinely passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care and deeply respecting the decisions and preferences of every individual she works with—whether they are clients, their families, or other professionals. She is also committed to supporting her fantastic team. Since 2021, she has been a director at MNS Consul Home Care, where she continues to ensure that every customer receives the best possible care.

Devan brings 9 years of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector, having worked in various rewarding roles. She has served as a senior domiciliary care assistant, cared for patients as a healthcare assistant on an adult oncology ward, and responded swiftly as an emergency medical technician for the ambulance service. Devan holds a Level 2 qualification in health and social care, a Level 4 Diploma for associate ambulance practitioners, and a Level 3 in Emergency response ambulance driving. She is also currently working towards her Level 5 in health and social care, showcasing her commitment to continuous growth and making a positive impact in the field.
