The carers were always punctual. Their appearance clean and tidy and always cheerful. We agreed tasks to be carried out and they got straight to work. We agreed staying overnight on one occasion, helping me to the bathroom in the middle of the night, tea in bed and breakfast prepared. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Taking hospital letter to doctors surgery. Taking me to post office to shops, they kept the house clean and tidy and ensured enough food was in freezer. The management team were always on hand to ensure everything was going smoothly. Charges were competitive and clearly set out and easily understood.

Excellent person-centred care. Professional and caring at all times. My father has been treated with dignity and compassion at home for the past 3 years. Dad looks forward to seeing his carers daily and as a family we cannot thank them enough. Management of the team is excellent and always helpful if there are any issues. Thank you to all the team, you have helped us in so many ways.

I have found Liaison Care to offer a reliable and reasonably priced customer home care service. The company are very approachable and listen to what the customer needs for their personal care and have found that the staff are kind and courteous and go the extra mile. Would highly recommend Liaison Care.

Thank you for taking the time to review Liaison Care. We value all feedback and ensure all of the team get to hear it, as we understand that in this line of work it is very much a 'team effort'. We feel very lucky to have the team we have and this is reflected in the individual care they give and our clients should settle for nothing less than the very best.

Overall Experience
My best friend of 75 years was discharged from hospital with the promise that she would have a 24 / 7 care package. I immediately agreed to be her 24 / 7 Carer. She had gone to pneumonia and was still going through hallucination hallucinations. At a weight of approximately six stone.

Giving notice to a Care agency that I would require Carers to be involved every morning and every evening from day one. All of this pushed the agency they did everything they could to make sure this was established and it was. The 1st time they came to deal with my friend everything ran like clockwork, all I had to do was show them where I was putting things and how I expected things to be and they took it on board. This has been the same ever since , with each and every Carer who has been to service her needs. Certain things have had to be changed during this process and it is explained to them from the main office so that every carer has full vision of the clients needs.

I really cannot praise Liaison Care highly enough. When I contacted them to help me with my elderly father he had literally taken himself to bed to die. He was so weak, barely eating and drinking and I was broken hearted and desperate.

From day one they treated him with kindness, empathy, patience and understanding. Within just a few days they had given dad a new lease of life. He really looks forward to their visits and I truly think every single person at Liason are absolutely wonderful.

Thank you very much for your review and kind words. Its amazing what difference a little 'outside help' can bring to a family. What a family member may find difficult, comes naturally to a team like ours and we always maintain comfort and dignity throughout our visits, giving the family more 'quality' time together. Your Dad is a lovely man and has so much more to give in this lifetime.
