Meet the Team (1)
I am proud to have supported adults in their own homes for over a couple of years—including roles as team leader in supported living settings and more recently as Care Registered Manager for Tomaaron Care Services Ltd. My role is built on a strong foundation of person-centred care: overseeing care plans, maintaining CQC compliance, recruiting and training care staff, and ensuring every household receives compassionate, high-quality support. I also manage day-to-day operations, budget coordination, and external partnership relationships with health professionals and families.
I became a care manager because I am deeply motivated by helping people retain their dignity and independence in their own homes. I believe exceptional care comes from a combination of effective leadership, person-focused planning, and genuine compassion.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, walking, playing golf, and spending time with my family. I am always available to answer any questions you may have.
