I began my career in care in early 2018 while looking for a role that I was passionate about and that offered flexible hours. I started working in domiciliary care and quickly developed a strong interest in supporting people to live independently in their own homes.


Early in my career, I completed a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, which helped me build my skills and knowledge in delivering high-quality care. During this time, I also began supporting and working closely with a small team, which sparked my interest in leadership within the care sector.


Realising that I had a deep passion for care and leadership, I went on to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.


I am now a Registered Manager for a Home Care company, where I manage CQC-regulated services and ensure high standards of care. I focus on delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. I have experience leading and developing care teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing quality assurance systems to ensure services remain safe, effective, and responsive.
