The daily care visit from the Petranova team has helped my father gain in confidence and restore some happiness and stability into his life after the death of my mother, who was his principal carer before she fell ill.

Petranova carers go above and beyond the normal standard of care. All carers come in and great my grandfather with a happy and friendly manner, they all seem happy to be there and genuinely care about him.
The Carers do all hands on care that is needed and with any spare time they have left they will do house chores, like sweeping and washing floors. Put washing on or hang washing outside or on a airer. Strip beds and remake them and so much more.
I often leave notes for the cares, asking them to do something for my grandfather and they always do it.
Carers also leave me notes or message me if they have any concerns or if my granddad is running out of something, like milk or shower gel.
Petranova care have also helped me care for my granddad when I have been unable too, they have picked up extra visits with just a few days notice.
