We were exceptionally pleased with the level of service from Petranova Care for our Mother. We had live in carers for Mum for eight months and the ladies were very attentive, kind and very caring. They treated Mum with utmost respect and became part of our family. It helped us through Avery difficult time knowing that Mum was being so well looked after. We would not hesitate in recommending Petranova Care.

Petranova care have been very professional in providing care for my 92 year father. We have used their services for around a year now. The manager has always been there for any queries and help with emergencies and dealt with concerns right away. The agency is small and I was worried that as my dad lives in a rural finding care for him was tricky, but Petranova were there for us - we have never been let down. All the carers are great and my dad has some lovely people that he especially gets on well with although at the beginning he was wary of strangers as he has dementia. He's a private person also grieving the loss of mum with no understanding she has gone. This can be difficult for all of us and the carers are very patient with him. Manager Petra is really helpful, polite and friendly and we have a good relationship. She has helped us with navigating hospital discharge and other tricky situations in a very professional manner - dad's welfare always takes top priority.

I really appreciated being put in touch with clients (with similar needs of their loved ones to my Dad)prior to booking Petranova so that I could openly discuss their experience.Needless to say the 2 clients I spoke with could not praise this company highly enough!

The improvement in his health, both mental and physical over the last few months is in no small measure due to the care and support afforded to him by Petranova. I do not hesitate in recommending their services.

Recently moved my care package to Petranova Care after an awful experience with another company. Petra and her team have ensured a seamless transition without stress or interruption. The carers are brilliant - kind, caring, attentive and it really shows that good management and well supported, happy carers leads to an exceptional level of care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, I only wish I'd found them sooner!
