Hi, I'm Sharon. I've spent the last 20 years doing what I love, caring for others. My career in care began as a care support worker, and through hard work and passion, I worked my way up to become a Registered Manager.
Home for me is the scenic countryside of West Sussex, where I live with my husband, and we love spending time with our two beautiful daughters. I love to travel, and I love the sea, so living close to the South Coast is a bonus.
Hi, I'm Fee! I began my career in adult social care in 2019 as a Care Assistant and have worked hard to progress within the sector, developing my skills, knowledge and confidence to move into a management role.
In 2023, I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care, which strengthened my understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, leadership, and maintaining high standards within care services.
I live with my fiancé, and on the weekends we enjoy watching Formula 1. I enjoy travelling, especially to Miami to visit my family.
Hi, I'm Jen! After having 2 daughters in 2013, I returned to work in 2019, starting a new career in the health and social care sector as a Care Assistant. I progressed to my current role as Field Care Supervisor, where I support both clients and care staff. I split my time between being in the office and out in the community to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.
I live in a rural part of the South East with my family, and we all have a passion for travelling, beaches and our animals, ranging from horses to guinea pigs.
Hi, I'm Molly. I have worked in care since 2022, starting part-time supporting clients in the community, over time I progressed into an office role as an office coordinator while still regularly working in the community to stay connected to clients.
After a busy day at work, I like to unwind by spending my evenings in the gym. I live in the countryside and spend my spare time on nice walks, either in muddy fields or at the beach, but always with an iced coffee with me.
