We had one of your ladies here today to deep clean our bathroom. What a fantastic job she did, also she worked non stop the whole time she was here. The staff that work for you are amazing and we hope this lady will be our regular lady, but if we have to change I should imagine there all as good as

All the staff members including the manager that have visited me have been friendly, helpful, hardworking and caring and can't do enough for me. When I have needed extra hours on the day this has been accommodated for, which I am very pleased about and it helps me get what I need out of my care. The
manager is easy to get hold of, she always makes sure things are running smoothly and is always on hand to speak to about any of my queries. I would highly recommend this care company to anyone needing any care.

We had one of your ladies here to do a first deep clean. We are very happy with her work and most of all she listened to me when I explained the way I like things done, and all my pet hates. I have to be honest I wouldn't work for me as I am very critical at times, but your staff was lovely and she

My name is Idah Ruzive, and I am the Registered Manager at Sunrise Living Care Ltd. I possess extensive experience across both the health and social care sectors, with more than 21 years dedicated primarily to health care.


My journey in health and social care began during the early stages of my career, when I worked weekends as a Support Worker and Healthcare Assistant in hospitals, nursing homes, residential homes, and domiciliary care alongside my teaching career. I progressed further and acquired relevant qualifications in both health and social care sectors. My background is predominantly nursing-led.


I am deeply committed to delivering person-centred care through a strengths-based approach that promotes independence, upholds human rights, and supports individuals to exercise choice and control over their own care. I prioritise active listening and collaboration with carers, families, and those receiving support. Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals is central to my practice. I believe that effective communication, cultural awareness, partnership working, and empowerment are essential to providing high-quality care and meeting each person’s unique needs.


Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, socialising, swimming, and going for walks while listening to gospel music. I also enjoy watching Netflix and taking occasional holidays.
