Quality Carezone Services Ltd

I'm very grateful to the health/social service team that referred me to Quality Carezone a few months ago.
My carer has been a godsend. She is helping me get me ready for major brain surgery in 10 days' time and my home ready for a pleasant recovery. She willingly turns her hands to all sorts of jobs outside the traditional caring role such as helping me with DIY and decluttering. My carer keeps a list of what we need to do and gently nudges me if she thinks I am forgetting something that I will later regretting not doing. I am sure that even I recover enough not to need a carer I will keep using her to help me tackle those pesky jobs that I find easier to do with some company. I'm sure I haven't listed all her positive attributes ....
The management has been efficient and I feel sure that if my current memory issues meant that I didn't notice their invoice in my email inbox I would get a polite prompt not a threat of legal action.

The support and service provided by the team has always been outstanding. Quality CareZone is what it states, quality care in my experience. In today's day and age it feels hard to come by reliable and trustworthy carers but they have excelled.
I particularly liked being able to have consistency with the carers on their visits too.

I would recommend them to everyone.
