Excellent responsive customer service and thorough care needs questioning by manager before care taken on.
The carers have provided really good care and shown compassion and kindness to my mum when she needed it most. They were obviously well briefed on all her care needs and responsive to anything
I asked/questioned. Will gladly continue to use this company.
