Having been a family carer herself, she appreciates the advantage of individuals receiving care in their own homes, and is deeply committed to enabling them to receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible, rather than moving into residential care.

Julian is the Head of Marketing at AJEB Healthcare, where he leads the company’s overall marketing strategy, brand development, and market growth initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in SMEs and IT consultancy, he brings extensive strategic and operational expertise to the organisation. In addition to his responsibilities as a director, Julian supports recruitment and business development, oversees marketing operations, manages promotional campaigns, and ensures that all marketing efforts align with business objectives and the needs of customers within the healthcare sector.
