I contracted Premier Haven for daily support during my eight-week bed-rest recovery. I chose them because they truly understood my needs. During the assessment, they didn't just tick boxes-they helped me understand what support I would require, which was invaluable as this is my first time in such a
situation.
They encouraged me to check with the NHS/physio/ortho teams about the right level of home support and showed genuine concern about doing things properly. They were also flexible, offering to split visits so I wouldn't pay for unnecessary time. After the assessment, they regularly checked in, and thanks to their guidance I secured an emergency NHS appointment.
They've now supported me for a couple of weeks, sometimes twice daily. She is kind, attentive, and always checks how I prefer things done. Our dynamic works very well, and I trust I can count on her even in emergencies.
