Our fees cover the cost of a fully managed service, including the provision of a dedicated carer, comprehensive care management and ongoing support from a care manager who will ensure your satisfaction every step of the way. Our prices are provided as a guideline only and we encourage you to contact Premier Haven Ltd to confirm the exact cost based on your individual care needs. To support this, we offer a free holistic assessment, allowing us to tailor care appropriately.
We do not charge any additional fees for weekends or bank holidays and our services are flexible, with a minimum care commitment of 3.5 hours per week.

Very pleased with Geraldine, a superb carer who is very supportive & professional. Care standards very high.
They encouraged me to check with the NHS/physio/ortho teams about the right level of home support and showed genuine concern about doing things properly. They were also flexible, offering to split visits so I wouldn't pay for unnecessary time. After the assessment, they regularly checked in, and thanks to their guidance I secured an emergency NHS appointment.
They've now supported me for a couple of weeks, sometimes twice daily. She is kind, attentive, and always checks how I prefer things done. Our dynamic works very well, and I trust I can count on her even in emergencies.
