Polite and friendly. Feel like carer and management genuinely care. Go above and beyond trying to sort things for me. They listen to me and take whatever I say seriously. I have consistency with carers. They have good communication and are good at responding to things. I trust the carers which is normally something I would struggle with but I feel at ease and comfortable. They are flexible. Also I needed care sorting fast and they got it sorted for me extremely quickly. I was so impressed. They visited me in hospital. I don't feel like the carer is there just to complete tasks I feel like she also enjoys my company and caring for me and offering companionship too. They help me with all aspects of care, mental, physical and medical.

Only improvement I have for them is with the times. I get a bit confused with the times, I don't get a set time or a specific time like just sometime in the evening, or I get a time and then it changes but its not always like that. I appreciate everyone.
