We are extremely happy and satisfied with the care provided by Ali, Mohammed, and Sheikh. They are all caring, respectful, professional and reliable. They treat our family member with dignity, patience and kindness and always make sure his needs are met. They communicate well with the family, listen carefully to his wishes and provide personal care in a respectful and compassionate manner. They are also very helpful with meals, personal hygiene, transfers and keeping the home environment clean and safe. We really appreciate their dedication, teamwork and willingness to go the extra mile. We feel confident knowing that our family member is being looked after by carers who genuinely care about his wellbeing. We would highly recommend all three carers and are very pleased with the service they provide.

Ali and sheikh who have been looking after my father (Mohammad Zakria Sheikh) for several weeks now and they have both been doing a fantastic job. They are caring, attentive and do a diligent job. They take care of my dad with utmost care, respectful to all my family members and are accommodating. They provide great support and advice and help us to make better decisions. They are pretty punctual and always give us a heads up if they feel they will be late for the next slot. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Every member of the team has been kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely dedicated to his wellbeing. I've seen taking workload in herself and easing burdens of her co-workers. She is ever so considerate of respecting boundaries while setting high standards for herself.
As I suggested in persons too, I care should get all their new carer trained by her as not every carer follows a high standard and gentleness required in care.
