With over 14 years of experience in the health and social care sector, I have had the opportunity to support individuals across a variety of care settings, witnessing first-hand the impact that compassionate, high-quality care can have on people’s lives.

Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to delivering care that is not only safe and effective but also deeply person-centred. My experience in leading services through Care Inspectorate inspections, achieving high standards, and supporting team development has shaped my commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.

At J R Care, my focus is to ensure that every individual we support receives care that respects their dignity, promotes independence, and enhances overall well-being. I am passionate about building strong, capable teams and creating a positive working environment where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to provide outstanding care.
