As the Nominated Individual, I oversee the quality and governance of our regulated services, ensuring we comply with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and all relevant legislation. My responsibilities include maintaining high standards of care, supporting continuous service improvement, safeguarding the wellbeing of our clients, and working closely with our Registered Manager to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the service.
