Claire Care Services have been excellent in providing care for my Mum. Her carer is lovely, reliable and happy to do anything to help. I can trust her to follow the plan for the day. I would definitely recommend the agency.

Overall Experience
Claire Care services looked after my father. Their team of carers did a fantastic job looking after Dad.
They were friendly, professional and compassionate especially as my father's condition worsened after being in hospital.
From the carers to the managers they always kept in close contact with me and constantly updated me on Dad's condition.
They also took time to talk to Dad and I know he enjoyed their friendly conversations.

I would like to strongly recommend them and thank them for the care that they gave.

Overall Experience

My grandmother has been receiving care visits twice a day for the past 5 months, and we are incredibly grateful for the hard work, kindness, and support provided by the team. They are always punctual, professional, and genuinely caring. The carers treat my grandmother as if she were part of their own family, which gives us great peace of mind. We truly appreciate everything they do and would highly recommend their services.
