In general I am pleased with my care, but I wish to day 2 1-2 years its been fune but just recently I have been unhappy, The carers I know and trust is Nini, Judi, Ann, Mureen, Elizabeth, Crystbell, I know that there has to be a change but when management put people in no uniform, no ID, very untidy
in appearance. I can choose to who I allow to tend to my needs but there is some very vunrable clients who got no choice. Hope this issue can be sorted.
