The carers attends 5 times a day 7 days a week and deal with all my personal needs as I am unable to do things for myself. They transfer me to my chair each day (by sling and hoist) in the morning and return me to bed at lunchtime. The carers also exercise my legs each day and once a week they put me on the stand up hoist as the physio no longer attends me. All these tasks are carried out with my dignity in mind.
Thank you for taking the time to complete your review on the services you receive. I am pleased to note your overall satisfaction, but we are always looking for ways to improve, so please feel free to let us know how we can improve services for you in future reviews. Thank you.

In general I am pleased with my care, but I wish to day 2 1-2 years its been fune but just recently I have been unhappy, The carers I know and trust is Nini, Judi, Ann, Mureen, Elizabeth, Crystbell, I know that there has to be a change but when management put people in no uniform, no ID, very untidy in appearance. I can choose to who I allow to tend to my needs but there is some very vunrable clients who got no choice. Hope this issue can be sorted.
Dear Carol T, as a new manager in post I would like to thank you for your comments and give the reassurance that your comments will be followed up on and addressed immediately. I am happy to hear that you are pleased with your care in general. Thank you.
