We are extremely grateful to the whole Bonnie Care team for their kindness, understanding and support. Knowing my mum is in such caring hands gives our family great reassurance.

We highly recommend Bonnie Carers (BC). BC have been caring for our 94 year old father for the past 2 months and we are extremely impressed with their professionalism and level of care provided. The real time updates via the App mean we are kept updated with any concerns or needs. The carers provide a very personal and tailored service. BC go above and beyond and accept our father just the way he is, with kindness and patience. Danny and his team are very experienced and are proactive with both us and the GP and have provided necessary extras to make our father's life more comfortable.

Having been let down by a care company who had been caring for my husband I took the difficult decision to start again sourcing alternatives. Finding the hours my husband needed was a challenge and always had been.

The initial assessment was like nothing I had experienced before. All agencies who support my husband were contacted to maximise Bonnie Care's knowledge of my husband's needs.

I now have absolute peace of mind with constant staff members attending. My husband is treated with dignity and integrity and has become very comfortable in a short time with Anett who he frequently beats at the game Connect Four!

Dawn, who did the initial assessment was incredibly thorough. Danny, a qualified Occupational Therapist was brilliant at finding solutions. Lewis, who dealt with my initial inquiry was very informative, effective in putting everything in place.

Bonnie Care stepped up at short notice to assist my father-in-law return home from hospital. They integrated professionally and warmly with existing care providers and family. No hesitation in recommending them and Danny in particular - his experience and expertise in OT is invaluable in working with an octogenarian with a smashed femur and compromised mobility.
