Debbie is a highly experienced Adult Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber with over 15 years’ experience across health and social care. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing and a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Studies, bringing a strong academic foundation alongside extensive clinical expertise. She has worked across a wide range of settings, including primary care, community services, hospital wards, mental health, and health & justice environments.

She is known for being conscientious, compassionate, and professional, with a strong commitment to treating every individual with dignity, fairness, and respect. Her approach to care is holistic and person-centred, ensuring that each client’s physical, emotional, and social needs are carefully assessed and met.

Debbie has extensive experience in assessment, triage, care planning, medication management, and emergency response, and is confident in managing both stable and complex health conditions within the home setting. As a Non-Medical Prescriber, she supports continuity of care through timely and effective clinical decision-making.

She works effectively both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams, advocating strongly for her patients and communicating clearly with families and other professionals. Her combined background in social care and nursing allows her to build trusting relationships and support clients to maintain independence, safety, and quality of life at home.
