Evolving Care Ltd Prestatyn is a new branch in North Wales they are a family run business. They are small enough to care, but big enough to cope.

Their experienced team can help you to stay where you want to be - in your own home.

Evolving Care Prestatyn continually evolve to deliver the highest possible standard of person-centred care, and the outcome for their service users (Customers) is always the first priority. They are determined that those entrusted to their care are able to lead fulfilled and happy lives and are treated with respect and dignity, whilst enjoying independence and choice at all times.
The service users (Customers) are kept up to date with information and are fully involved in the planning, delivery of their care, treatment and support. All service users have a telephone review and face to face reviews to discuss any concerns or changes to the care plan every 3 months.

Their professional staff are committed to delivering outstanding care at every level. As a company they employ passionate people who work together as a team. All their team are directly employed and managed by the company. All the team are fully referenced, and have safety checks completed by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

All the team complete all the mandatory training and online certificates including the framework for Wales before they start working.
Spot checks are completed monthly with all staff, with frequent supervisions.

Very happy with the care. They have been very good. No issues with the care. Timekeeping is very good. Time spent in house, 30 minutes 4 times a day. Good updates on stock and replenishing stock. They get on well with Charlie and have a good relationship. No Issues, the care is very good.

I am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend. The staff are like family, they respect your wishes. There very helpful and always asking if were happy, do we need anything. We wouldn't go elsewhere.

From initial contact with Evolving Care to using the service it has been excellent. The care team who attend the house are clean, tidy and very friendly. They have offered great care to my dad after his time in hospital. We are so pleased with having Evolving Care as the company who is looking after
my dad needs.
