The service supports older people and individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. Support is designed around each person’s circumstances and can include assistance with washing and dressing, continence care, meal preparation and dietary needs, shopping, housekeeping, and other domestic tasks. Appropriately trained staff can also provide medication support.
Integrity24 Care Ltd recognises that physical health is closely linked to emotional and psychological wellbeing. Staff provide practical and personal support while encouraging people to remain as independent as possible and continue to enjoy usual routines and the home environment.
Staff are experienced, dedicated, and trained to provide safe, compassionate care. All care staff undergo a thorough recruitment process, including DBS checks and employment references, before commencing work. Staff are committed to treating every individual with dignity, respect, and sensitivity, while listening to each person’s wishes and supporting the right to make choices about care.

Overall Experience
We have found the care and service absolutely brilliant. There feels like a full investment in to both supporting my husband who has dementia and myself who is caring for him in the home. The service is caring, detailed and personal. I wholeheartedly recommend Integrity24 Care Ltd.

When we found out that our brother was going to need care and support, we were apprehensive about letting strangers into our home. That apprehension didn't last long. The guys are brilliant. They introduced themselves, and they talk through everything they are doing. There is, never any rush, and they are always willing to answer any questions. Also, our brother can be a bit verbal at times, but the guys take it all in their stride. Definitely the best carers we have come to know. If you need someone to come to your home and care for your loved ones, I would highly recommend these guys.
