Helping Hands Home Care (Bedford)

We urgently needed to source carers for my my Mum back in May and I came accross Helping Hands by luck and contacted head office. From that call the agency have gone above and beyond to help us provide Mum with a safe environment at home, offering regular updates to me and enabling her to continue to live in the house she has been in for over 50 years. Without exception all the staff have been caring, sociable and proficient, led by a very capable and outstanding team leader. Had Mum been able to remain in her home, we would undoubtedly have continued to use Helping Hands, but sadly she is no longer able to manage. Helping Hands have made this transition easier than expected. They are an amazing bunch of staff!

Helping Hands have provided excellent service over the past 6 months for my mother. She has mild dementia but they were wonderful with her, regularly reviewed care, happy to provide extra at short notice, and provided wonderful carers, who actually cared about her. We got phone calls when they were concerned about something and it was very clear the client they were providing care for is to the forefront of everything they do

I use Helping Hands to provide daily care to my mother of 91 years. Mum suffers from dementia and macular degeneration. From the very onset of our relationship with Helping Hands, it was clear that they are a polished, professional organisation who pride themselves in delivering a high standard of care. I cannot fault the level of attention and care provided to my mother.
