Magdalene is the Registered Manager and Co-Director of M&M Classic Care Ltd, bringing 14 years of experience in adult nursing and a wealth of clinical and leadership expertise across community and acute healthcare settings. Her career began as a Care Worker in the community, where she developed a strong passion for person-centred care and supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence and choice.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Nursing from the University of West London and has progressed into senior leadership roles, including Senior Nurse, Ward Manager and Matron, across several acute NHS hospital trusts. Throughout her career, Magdalene has developed extensive expertise in clinical leadership, team development, quality improvement, governance and the delivery of safe, compassionate and high-quality care.

Mabel Ogune is an experienced Registered Nurse, Co-Director, and healthcare professional with over 14 years of clinical experience in both acute hospital and community healthcare settings. She is passionate about providing compassionate, dignified, and person-centred care and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those she supports.

Mabel began her professional nursing journey after graduating from the University of Greenwich in 2012 with a Higher Diploma in Adult Nursing. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience in both medical and surgical nursing, gaining a broad range of clinical knowledge and expertise.

She currently works as part of the nursing team at Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice, where she provides specialist care to patients living with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. Her role also involves supporting families during what can be an extremely difficult and emotional stage of their lives. Through her work, Mabel has developed a particular passion for end-of-life care, ensuring that patients are treated with dignity, compassion, respect, and kindness.

Mabel is a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and remains committed to continuous professional development and maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
