Our experience as first time care users has been very positive ! The carers are exactly that very caring ! arriving with a smile each day ,they put my husband at ease straight away it can be a difficult morning shower as being deaf makes communication difficult ! but risking a drenching they manage each carer has stuck to his schedule which has made for a happy visit ,from my point of view as his wife it is the best care for us ,as we both start the day with a happy frame of mind! Which for us and all of us is the best way.
Thank you for your lovely review, we don't mind getting a drenching especially if it means that we are able to get your day started with a happy frame of mind.
My husband is very happy with the care he receives which is delivered in a very thoughtful and tender way.

Rose Care is the first care company I have had to provide personal care for my husband. As a retired nurse, I can honestly say that the care provided is excellent. The carers are trained professionals who take pride in their work. I can highly recommend Rose Care. Yes, you can find cheaper companies out there but you won't get the quality care that your loved one deserves. So forget the rest and choose the best.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, it's so nice to be able to provide the quality care that has made a difference to not only your husband but to you as well

I started my career in care in 2006 as a care assistant working part-time in the evenings, which allowed me to be a stay-at-home mum for my then 2 young children. I gradually started picking up more hours as the children grew, and eventually started working in the office as the administrator, doing payroll, etc. I was then a Recruitment and Training Coordinator and became a Moving and Handling Instructor and Medication Trainer. I am a big advocate of training and love being able to give carers the knowledge to provide high-quality care and watch them flourish in their career. I have gained various qualifications through the years, including my Level 5 Health and Social Care Management and gained a wealth of experience in various roles throughout social care, including Recruitment, HR, Training, Deputy Manager and became a registered manager in 2019.
I started my role as Registered Manager with Rose Care in July 2025 to bring the high-quality care to the Norfolk community that Rose Care Suffolk have been providing in Felixstowe and the surrounding areas for 30 years.

Dariush took over as Director of Rose Care Suffolk Ltd in 2023 from Liz and Sue to carry forward the values of Rose Care Suffolk and continue the Outstanding care the carers provide.
Dariush’s home growing up also served as the HQ for his parents' nursing agency, so care was a part of his life from a young age. He helped in the office until he turned 18, then started working in hospitals and care homes, where his true love for care really started, and has never faltered since. Dariush went to the University of East Anglia to study mental health nursing and served for over 15 years in the NHS, going up and down the ladder between management and direct clinical care roles in a wide range of community and inpatient environments.
Continuous learning is important to Dariush and, amongst many other courses has completed his Advanced Clinical Practitioner master’s at the University of Suffolk. Dariush returned to the family healthcare business, which was now a supported living service in Suffolk, in 2021. It is his motivation to always want people to receive the best care that has always driven him and ultimately pulled him towards leading Rose Care Suffolk forward.
Rose Care, a trusted provider of home care services in Felixstowe and the surrounding Suffolk area for over 30 years and rated Outstanding by the CQC. Dariush was very excited and proud to take Vicky and Sophie on board to register with the CQC to launch the Norwich branch, so we can now offer our Home Care Services in Norwich and the surrounding areas.
We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and independent in their own home. That’s why we’re bringing our person-centred approach to care into the heart of Norwich and across Norfolk. Whether you're looking for a little extra help around the house or more regular personal care support, Rose Care in Norwich will be here for you and your family.
