My friend has been care for by verta care Agency. Anytime i pay her a visit she is happy and tells me she is being looked afer by the staff who is caring, friendly, compassionate. That she communicate very well with her and often discuss and plan her care with her especially her meals ,so she feels included. One thing which excited me was her involvement in activities of daily living, like card playing, walking around and doing some flower drawing and colouring. She said it is difficult but it gives her joy and laughter when she colours awefully.
