I have to say my son is very happy in the house he lives at. He became more independent and he always says how well he is treated. The staff is very friendly, patient, professional and kind. We both very happy. I am very grateful for all the support and kindness we receive.

Priorityservices4U started caring for my mother during Covid after she'd had a stint in hospital in November 2021 and continued to do so until she died at the end of 2024. She had dementia as well as mobility issues & used a mobility frame to move around until she eventually could only be moved
in a wheelchair. They always treated her with care and kindness and would go out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and happy. On the occasions that she didn't want to get up they would respect her wishes although they would usually manage to cajole her into having a wash and getting dressed. They learnt her likes and dislikes and would expertly engage her in memories from the past or chat about her interests. Occasionally they would take her out to the theatre and for lunch. They used to have lunchtime events for family carers and clients. In my case I felt supported too and if time they would have a coffee. Even now, they keep in contact to ensure that I am alright.

Priority services 4 U have been amazing,I have used them for my mother's personal care for over 5 years since she was diagnosed with dementia. They also helped me with my father who has also been diagnosed. Over the last 12 months my parents have a live in carer. All the carers have been excellent,
kind, patient, caring like extended family. If I could I would give 20 stars. Truly amazing. Also fantastic help and advice. Dementia journeys are not easy and getting great help like this is really valuable Thank you so much

I have used Priority Services 4U since January, but prior to that my husband was a client for a couple of years. The carers have all been very nice and helpful. They are kind and reassuring. We had no problems at all.

Priorityservices4u has always been excellent in caring for my aunt. They are very responsive if there are any issues to discuss, offer great flexibility but especially they are truly caring and compassionate people. They are also very professional and know who to contact in different situations. If
any equipment is needed for the home, for example, they will contact the relevant person and arrange that. They have also been amazing at dealing with unexpected situations and medical emergencies and their communication has always been great in those cases. Knowing that my aunt is supported by such professional and compassionate carers gives us great peace of mind.
Reply from Alyson Hobbs, Registered Managers at Priorityservices4uThank you so much for your lovely feedback. We have some lovely kind carers who take great care of our more vulnerable clients.

Our carer was an absolute saviour for us, at a time when we were at our most traumatised.

My mum had spent 2 weeks in hospital, and then returned home, but was still ill.
For the next 2 weeks, the carer was amazing, and was flexible with her time, and she worked around the times when my mum needed

her.

The carer was extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and many other positive phrases.

We're so grateful to our carer, for being amazing.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.806 for Priorityservices4u is calculated as follows: ( (29 Excellents x 5) + (7 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 36 Ratings = 4.806

The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.5 Points for the second and third Positive Reviews, 0.25 Points for each of the next two Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews.
