She provides strong leadership to the team and is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance across the service.

Sophie is deeply committed to ensuring that care is always person-centred, safe and delivered with compassion. She works closely with both customers and Care Experts, promoting a culture of kindness, accountability and continuous improvement. Sophie particularly enjoys the variety her role offers and finds it rewarding to support team members to develop their confidence, skills and professional growth while ensuring customers receive excellent care.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys keeping active with spin classes, spending time in nature and is especially fond of dogs, which reflects her warm and caring personality.

Sheree is the Director of Bluebird Care Harrogate and brings over 28 years’ experience within the care sector, alongside extensive leadership experience in quality and service development. She is passionate about delivering premium quality care that enables people to remain safe, independent and happy in their own homes.

Sheree works closely with the management team to ensure the service maintains the highest standards of governance, compliance and person-centred practice. She is clear and unapologetic about expecting the highest standards of care and support, believing that customers and their families deserve nothing less. She is committed to investing in people, systems and continuous improvement so that customers feel confident, reassured and genuinely valued. Sheree believes that excellent care starts with valuing and supporting the team who deliver it.

In her spare time, Sheree enjoys walking, listening to podcasts, going on holiday and reading. She also loves walking her dog, Doris, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Simon is a key member of the leadership team at Bluebird Care Harrogate, with a particular focus on attracting and recruiting the very best care talent. He understands that outstanding care begins with outstanding people and is dedicated to selecting Care Experts who not only have the right skills, but also share the values of kindness, integrity and professionalism.

Simon leads on recruitment and workforce development, ensuring robust selection processes, thorough onboarding and ongoing support so that every member of the team is confident and well prepared to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality care. He is passionate about building a strong, values-led culture where colleagues feel supported, accountable and proud of the difference they make each day.

Outside of work, Simon is an avid Liverpool FC supporter and keen fisherman. He also dedicates time to coaching a local grassroots football team in his spare time.

Becky is the Care Coordinator at Bluebird Care Harrogate and plays a central role in ensuring that care visits are planned and delivered each day smoothly. She is often the friendly voice on the end of the phone, supporting both customers and Care Experts while carefully managing rotas to maintain reliability and continuity of care.

Becky thrives in the fast-paced nature of her role and takes pride in making sure the right Care Expert is matched to each customer at the right time. She is particularly passionate about supporting people to live well with dementia and shares her knowledge as the service’s in-house Dementia and First Aid Trainer, helping to strengthen the skills and confidence of the wider team.

Outside of work, Becky is a talented artist and enjoys expressing her creativity in her spare time. She also loves keeping fit, bringing energy and enthusiasm to both her professional and personal life.

Jessica is the Care Supervisor at Bluebird Care Harrogate and plays an important role in supporting both customers and Care Experts within the community. She is dedicated to ensuring that care is delivered safely, consistently and in a genuinely person-centred way.

Jessica enjoys building strong, trusting relationships with customers and their families, while also providing guidance and reassurance to Care Experts in the field. She takes pride in monitoring quality and supporting best practice, helping to ensure that every customer receives the high standards of care the service is known for.

Outside of work, Jessica loves dogs and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reflecting her warm and caring nature.

Maddison is responsible for payroll, invoicing and administration at Bluebird Care Harrogate, ensuring that Care Experts are paid accurately and on time and that financial processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Her organised and methodical approach helps maintain efficiency across the office and supports the smooth delivery of care services.

She takes great pride in her attention to detail and is always happy to assist colleagues with any payroll or administrative queries. Maddison values being part of a team that is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives and understands the important role strong administration plays in delivering safe and reliable care.
