Rosalyn Mloyi
Rosalyn MloyiJob Title:Founder and Cheif Executive

Rosalyn Mloyi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ProNurture Group and brings more than 25 years of experience across health and social care. A Registered Mental Health Nurse by background, Rosalyn has dedicated her career to improving the quality of care and support provided to people with a wide range of needs, helping them to live safer, healthier and more independent lives.

Throughout her career, Rosalyn has held senior leadership, operational and management roles within both healthcare and social care services. She has extensive experience leading teams, managing regulated services, working alongside commissioners and healthcare professionals, and supporting organisations to improve quality, safety and outcomes for the people they support.

Rosalyn established ProNurture Group because she believes that everyone deserves access to reliable, compassionate and person-centred care, regardless of where they live. She is particularly passionate about supporting people to remain independent in their own homes and ensuring that individuals living in rural and harder-to-reach communities have access to the same high standards of care as those living in larger towns and cities.

Her approach is built on the belief that good care is about relationships, trust, dignity and consistency. Whether supporting an older person, an adult living with a disability, someone recovering from illness, or a family seeking reassurance that their loved one is in safe hands, Rosalyn believes care should always be tailored to the individual and delivered with kindness, respect and professionalism.

As CEO, Rosalyn remains actively involved in shaping the culture, standards and direction of ProNurture Group. Her vision is to build a service that families trust, professionals confidently recommend, and staff are proud to be part of.

Outside of work, Rosalyn enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with family and friends. She believes that strong relationships, community connections and a sense of belonging play an important role in wellbeing and quality of life.

"Every person deserves care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life — delivered by people who genuinely care."
