Hello, I’m Justice, the Registered Manager here at Bluedove Care. I’ve spent the past few years supporting vulnerable adults, including people living with dementia, and it has shaped my belief that everyone deserves care that is safe, respectful and truly centred around their needs.

I hope to see our local community receiving the kind of person-centred support that helps people feel valued, understood and able to live well in their own homes.

I’m proud to lead a team that shares these values. I believe in being present, approachable and consistent in supporting my staff so they can give their very best to the families we serve. For me, good leadership is about kindness, clarity, and always doing what is right for the people in our care.

My connection to the community goes beyond my role at Bluedove. My wife, Cecilia, works locally supporting families across Essex and Hertfordshire, and together we see every day how much compassionate care can change someone’s life. I also volunteer at Princess Alexandra Hospital, which keeps me grounded and reminds me why dignity and empathy matter so much in health and social care.

I’m committed to making sure every family who chooses Bluedove Care feels safe, welcomed and confident that their loved one is in caring, capable hands.

Hello, my name is Obvious, and I am the Team Leader here at Bluedove Care. I have three years of experience working in care, and I am currently studying for my Level 4 Apprenticeship with Steadfast to continue growing my skills and knowledge.

I enjoy supporting our team and making sure the people we care for receive safe, respectful, and high-quality support. I believe in leading by example, staying calm, and being someone my team can rely on.

Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring new places. It helps me relax, learn, and bring fresh energy back into my role.

Hello, I’m Cecilia. I work part-time as a Support Worker here at Bluedove Care, and I’ve been supporting vulnerable adults for over four years. I have a Diploma in Health and Social Care, and I truly enjoy helping people feel safe, respected, and valued in their own homes.

I’m a warm and friendly person, and I love getting to know the people I support. Building trust is important to me, and I always try to give care with patience, dignity, and kindness.

When I’m not working, I enjoy baking, going for walks in the park, and playing cards. I also volunteer at Princess Alexandra Hospital, which gives me another chance to support people in my community.

For me, care is more than just helping with daily tasks. It’s about making a positive difference in someone’s life through compassion, understanding, and genuine human connection.
