A chartered accountant with over a decade of experience in the finance sector. My journey into the care sector and motivation for establishing a domiciliary care service come from my own personal experience. With both parents diagnosed with dementia, I have gained firsthand insight into the emotional and practical challenges families face when caring for loved ones with cognitive impairments. This deeply personal experience has shaped my understanding of what sympathetic, high-quality care should look like and why it matters. I hope to be able to combine personal empathy with professional discipline to create a care service that is not only compliant and efficient but also genuinely attuned to the emotional and physical needs of clients.
I hold a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) from De Montfort University and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Science from Kingston University, providing a strong foundation in clinical practice, patient safety, and healthcare regulation. Following my Pre-Registration training with Superdrug, I have gained over 10 years of experience across community pharmacy roles, including Dispenser, Locum Pharmacist, and Pharmacy Manager.
As a former Pharmacy Manager, I oversaw the safe and compliant operation of a regulated service, leading teams, maintaining governance standards, and delivering high-quality care. Since 2019, I have worked as a Locum Community Pharmacist, demonstrating adaptability, leadership, and a commitment to patient-centred care across diverse settings.
My expertise includes clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management, staff supervision, and quality assurance. I am experienced in working collaboratively with service users, carers, and healthcare professionals, and I am committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within regulated environments.
