Overall Experience
Mum has been having carers for a couple of months now. Although mum can't understand why they are needed. She has been quite opposed to the ladies helping with any personal care so we are finding this a problem. They have been brilliant around the house, taking the pressure off the family.

Mum has been having carers for a couple of months now. Although mum can't understand why they are needed. She has been quite opposed to the ladies helping with any personal care so we are finding this a problem. They have been brilliant around the house, taking the pressure off the family. They have been helping with meal prep and cups of tea and just general chat. I am pleased so far with the care given. My only issue is the amount of writing up notes done in the half hour visit.
On the whole I am very pleased with the care and would recommend the Caregivers.
