She is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care and encouragement, supporting individuals to develop their independence, build confidence, and maintain dignity in their everyday lives.

Nicole has been a dedicated Support Worker with their service for the past 10 months, quickly establishing herself as a valued member of the team. She is recognised for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Nicole builds trusting relationships with ease, communicates effectively, and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure individuals feel safe, respected, and included.

In her new role as Team Lead for our community staff, Nicole brings natural leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and a calm, supportive approach. Her commitment to excellent care, combined with her ability to guide, support, and motivate colleagues, makes her a strong addition to the leadership team.

Sarah has a background in supporting Older Adults and individuals with Learning Disabilities. She is passionate about working with older clients and has a strong understanding of the challenges they may face, including gaps in services and support pathways. Sarah is kind, considerate, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to ensure high-quality care. She is a dedicated and professional member of the team.

Helen has over 10 years’ experience in the care sector and takes great pride in the work she does. She is passionate about making a positive difference, no matter how small, by providing the right support to improve an individual’s quality of life.

Helen ensures each person’s needs are met in a personalised and respectful way, recognising that every individual is unique with their own specific requirements. She enjoys working with people of all ages and is committed to promoting independence and enabling individuals to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

We are pleased to welcome Karen to the team. Karen joins us from a peripatetic NHS background, bringing valuable experience and a strong commitment to high standards of care.

Although new to homecare, Karen particularly enjoys working one-to-one with individuals, allowing her to focus fully on their personal needs. She is passionate about delivering high-quality support and takes pride in ensuring care is provided safely, correctly, and with attention to detail.
