My career has spanned domiciliary care, community-based complex care, mental health services, and residential care, with a strong focus on providing safe, person-centred, and clinically robust support within the community.

As a Registered Manager, I am responsible for the delivery of large-scale complex care services, overseeing thousands of care hours each week. My responsibilities include clinical governance, safeguarding, quality assurance, risk management, care planning, and ensuring full compliance with CQC requirements. I work closely with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to maintain continuity of care and achieve positive outcomes for the individuals we support.

I have a strong track record of building trusted relationships, driving strategic growth, and securing high-value healthcare packages within UK local authority and NHS frameworks.

Throughout my career, I have led business development initiatives across adult disability, CAMHS, and complex care services. I have successfully secured complex, high-risk care packages and worked closely with operational leaders to develop tailored solutions that meet both clinical and commissioning requirements.
