Rosemond is a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience across adult social care and acute hospital settings. Her career has spanned roles including Registered Manager, Clinical Lead, Nurse Manager, and Trainer, as well as district nursing across several UK localities.

Rosemond brings a wealth of clinical and operational expertise to her role, overseeing recruitment, staff development, clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Her approach is rooted in a commitment to delivering safe, dignified, and person-centred care that enables every client to remain independent in their own home.

As Registered Manager and Nominated Individual, Rosemond leads the service with integrity, compassion, and a deep understanding of what excellent community care looks like in practice.

Mary has been working in care since 2017, progressing through roles including care worker, senior carer, quality assurance officer, duty manager, and service manager before taking on her current position as Deputy Manager.

Mary brings a strong analytical and operational approach to her role. Her responsibilities span day-to-day operations, quality assurance, recruitment, care documentation, staff training, and client and family communication.

Mary holds a Level 5 qualification in Operational and Departmental Management and is passionate about delivering care that is safe, consistent, and genuinely person-centred.
