Rosemond is a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience across adult social care and acute hospital settings. Her career has spanned roles including Registered Manager, Clinical Lead, Nurse Manager, and Trainer, as well as district nursing across several UK localities.

Rosemond brings a wealth of clinical and operational expertise to her role, overseeing recruitment, staff development, clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Her approach is rooted in a commitment to delivering safe, dignified, and person-centred care that enables every client to remain independent in their own home.

As Registered Manager and Nominated Individual, Rosemond leads the service with integrity, compassion, and a deep understanding of what excellent community care looks like in practice.
