Nicky and Rosie look after my dad so well. They have taken the time to get to know him and learn his little habits and work so well with him.
They are very adaptable to change and took over brilliantly when I went on a month long trip. Leaving dad was hard but they were so very good with him.
They often think of things I forget and they also pick up on medical things and prompt me to attend to these. Dad is so comfortable with both ladies and looks forward to them coming. For me that is the best bit, if dad is happy.

We are very happy with the Trusted Companion and so glad we found them.

I contacted the Trusted Companion when they were first expanding and I am so glad I did. From that first e mail I have been given quick replies, kept up to date on exactly what's happening, they have spent a lot of time, effort and endless patience getting to know my son and his likes/dislikes and what he enjoys doing. They've moved at a pace that he can cope with (introducing new staff members gradually so as not to overwhelm him). They are going above and beyond to find things for him to do and are so encouraging and supportive when he is going somewhere new/somewhere he's a bit overwhelmed.

The term "person centred/client centre" is thrown around a lot and you are promised things then they don't follow through - this is absolutely the opposite at The Trusted Companion- so person centred and genuinely caring. I feel like part of a team and feel the staff really care for and value my son and his opinions and needs. I would highly recommend them, genuinely feels like family
