Joy Amuta began her career as a care assistant, driven by a heartfelt passion for serving and supporting vulnerable people. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the care sector from the ground up, bringing with her a genuine commitment to compassion, dignity, and person-centred support. Her hands-on experience at the frontline of care has shaped her leadership approach, ensuring that the values of kindness and respect remain at the core of everything Tehillah Shelter Foundation strives to deliver.

Rahul Raveendranathan began his career in healthcare in 2009, building a diverse and extensive clinical background across acute hospital care in India, offshore occupational health in Kuwait's drilling industry, and community care in Scotland. A qualified nursing professional holding SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, he has developed strong competencies in clinical assessment, crisis management, and person-centred support across a wide range of care settings.

Rahul is the recipient of the Scottish Care National Care Award (2023) and the SAN TV Health & Wellbeing Advocate Award (2026), recognising his outstanding and sustained contribution to health and social care practice in Scotland. Currently pursuing the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, he brings a continuous commitment to professional development and service excellence.

As Registered Manager of Tehillah Shelter Foundation Ltd, Rahul combines his broad clinical expertise with a genuine passion for empowering vulnerable individuals to live independently, with dignity and confidence, in their own homes.

Anjana Chamikutty brings extensive hands-on experience from the care home sector, where she has developed a strong foundation in person-centred care, safeguarding, daily living support, and wellbeing promotion. Her frontline practice has given her a deep and practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals across a range of needs and circumstances.

Driven by a genuine commitment to dignity, independence, and compassionate support, Anjana has consistently demonstrated a dedication to going above and beyond for the individuals in her care. Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a firm belief that every person deserves tailored support that reflects their unique preferences and goals.

Currently pursuing the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, Anjana is committed to continuous professional growth and to bringing the highest standards of leadership practice to her role as Registered Manager at Tehillah Shelter Foundation Ltd. Her combination of frontline experience and developing leadership expertise makes her an invaluable pillar of the organisation.
