Kinderways Ltd – Exeter Branch provides compassionate, person-centred care and support to adults across Exeter, East Devon and surrounding communities. The branch is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI), enabling the team to support individuals with both everyday care needs and more complex health requirements.
The Exeter team supports adults aged 18 and over, including older people, individuals living with physical disabilities, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, dementia and other long-term or complex conditions. Services include domiciliary care, personal care, complex care, live-in care, medication support, companionship, hospital discharge support and assistance with maintaining independence at home.
Kinderways Ltd places each individual’s choices, dignity, safety and desired outcomes at the centre of their care. Support is planned around the person rather than simply around tasks, with an emphasis on continuity, respectful relationships and promoting independence wherever possible.
The Exeter branch works collaboratively with individuals, families, healthcare professionals, NHS services and other agencies to provide safe, responsive and well-coordinated care. It aims to help people remain comfortable, confident and supported in their own homes and communities.
