I am the Registered Manager at Nathrael Homes, a family-run home care service based in Weston-super-Mare.
I oversee the day-to-day running of the service and make sure every person we support receives safe, kind and reliable care.
I hold both the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Much of my work has been with people living with dementia, people at the end of their lives, and those who simply need some company and a friendly face. I understand how much it matters to families that the right carer turns up on time, knows their loved one well and treats them with respect.
I personally carry out our care assessments, so I get to know each person and their family from the very start. Together we build a care plan around their routines, wishes and independence.
