I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with extensive experience across a wide range of healthcare settings. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2018 and have since built a diverse nursing career, developing strong clinical, leadership, and management skills across hospital and community services.

I began my nursing career working on hospital wards, where I gained valuable experience in providing holistic, person-centred care to patients with a wide range of clinical needs. Through my commitment, clinical competence, and leadership abilities, I progressed to the position of Deputy Ward Manager, where I was responsible for supporting the Ward Manager, coordinating the nursing team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and contributing to the effective running of the ward.

My experience also includes working in Accident & Emergency, where I developed the ability to assess and manage patients in fast-paced and often challenging situations. This role strengthened my skills in clinical assessment, prioritisation, recognising deterioration, emergency care, multidisciplinary working, and making safe decisions under pressure.

I have further expanded my clinical experience as a Complex Care Nurse, supporting individuals with complex and long-term health needs and delivering personalised care in accordance with their individual care plans. My background also includes working as a District Nurse, where I provided care to people within their own homes and communities. This experience deepened my understanding of community-based care and the importance of promoting independence, dignity, choice, and quality of life.

In addition, I have worked as a Theatre Recovery Nurse, caring for patients following surgery and providing close monitoring during the immediate post-operative period. This role further developed my skills in patient assessment, airway management, pain management, monitoring vital signs, recognising complications, and ensuring safe recovery and transfer of patients.

My varied nursing career has given me a strong understanding of the importance of delivering safe, effective, compassionate, and person-centred care. I am passionate about supporting people to maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring that their individual needs, preferences, and wellbeing remain at the heart of everything I do.

I am now proud to be the Registered Manager of Supreme Plus Care Ltd, a CQC-registered domiciliary care service. In this role, I combine my clinical nursing background with leadership and management expertise to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within people's own homes. My vision for Supreme Plus Care is to provide compassionate, reliable, respectful, and person-centred care that enables individuals to remain independent and live safely and comfortably in their own communities.

My journey from Registered Nurse to Deputy Ward Manager and now Registered Manager reflects my commitment to continuous professional development, strong leadership, and, most importantly, my passion for making a positive difference in people's lives. Read less
