With nearly 50 years of combined management experience, CI Home Care provides flexible care tailored to each individual’s needs, from a few hours of support each week to overnight, live-in, and 24-hour care.

Support may include personal care, companionship, medication management, assistance with everyday activities, appointments, errands, and social engagements. Staff members work closely with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that care reflects each person's needs, preferences, and wishes.

Each individual receives a bespoke care plan following a thorough assessment, with regular reviews to ensure support continues to meet changing needs.

Staff members take a proactive approach, supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. The team recognises that accepting care can sometimes be difficult and adopts a sensitive, gradual approach to help individuals become comfortable with support at their own pace.

Staff are fully trained, with many exceeding mandatory training requirements, and qualified Care Managers provide strong oversight of care delivery.

CI Home Care is regulated and inspected by the Jersey Care Commission and is a States of Jersey Approved Provider. Eligible individuals may be able to access Long Term Care funding.
