Shona White is a Care Manager at Oria Care, based in the Midlands and supporting care packages for both children and adults across the region and beyond.
Shona's specialism lies in high acuity care, with particular expertise in packages relating to brain injury and spinal injury. She has spent years working within some of the UK's largest national care providers, giving her a wealth of experience across the full spectrum of complex care, from initial assessment and mobilisation through to the day-to-day management of long-term, clinically demanding packages.
Having worked with individuals of all ages and with a wide range of needs, Shona understands that no two packages are the same. She is known for her calm, thorough approach and her ability to build strong working relationships with clients, families, care teams and the professionals involved in each case. She places great importance on continuity and communication, making sure that families always know who to speak to and that care teams feel properly supported in their roles.
Shona is passionate about getting the details right. She believes that safe, consistent and genuinely person-centred care comes from strong teams, clear standards and a manager who stays close to the package rather than managing from a distance. That philosophy runs through every package she oversees.

Dejan has worked in complex care since 2013. Before founding Oria Care, he was Managing Director of Florence, one of the UK's largest care providers, delivering over 100,000 hours of care per week across the UK, France and Canada. That experience of running care at national scale shaped his conviction that quality is not about size; it is about standards, and it is what led him to build Oria Care.
As CEO and Nominated Individual, Dejan is personally accountable to the CQC for the quality and safety of every package Oria Care delivers. It is a responsibility he takes seriously: he remains close to frontline delivery, reviews complex packages personally, and expects every member of the team to know the people they support, not just the rota.
His ethos is simple. Care should be delivered the way you would want it delivered for your own family: reliably, respectfully, and with complete honesty about what is working and what needs to change. That standard is set from the top and runs through everything the team does.
