Karendeep Gandam has completed all relevant training and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. She is determined to provide high-quality, person-centred care that puts the needs, preferences and wishes of service users first.

Having grown up around the care industry, with family members working as care assistants, Karendeep has developed a strong understanding of what good care looks like. She believes that high standards begin with management and should be reflected throughout the entire care team.

Karendeep is committed to ensuring that service users are listened to, supported by regular carers wherever possible, and treated with dignity and respect. She also recognises the importance of identifying and escalating concerns promptly, including seeking support from district nurses, GPs and other healthcare professionals when required.

Her aim is to create a caring and supportive service where staff feel valued, clients receive consistent and reliable care, and families have confidence in the support being provided.
