At the heart of RJN Care Solutions is the lived experience of its founders, who care for their son, who has a severe learning and physical disability. Their journey has given them a genuine understanding of the challenges, uncertainty and emotional demands families can face when finding the right support. This personal insight, alongside their professional expertise, shapes a gentle, flexible and deeply human approach to care.
Led by experienced Mental Health Nurses with more than 30 years of NHS experience, the team brings extensive knowledge of mental health, safeguarding, rehabilitation, crisis intervention, governance and regulated care. This combination of professional knowledge and personal experience enables RJN Care Solutions to provide safe, compassionate, consistent and truly person-centred support.
The service supports adults aged 18 and over in their own homes and communities, with particular expertise in mental health and complex needs. Support can include personal care, emotional and social support, household tasks, meal planning, appointments, shopping, companionship, confidence building, life skills, community activities and support for conditions including anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
RJN Care Solutions works closely with individuals and families to understand what matters most, creating bespoke support that promotes dignity, independence, wellbeing, recovery and social connection. The aim is simple: to provide the reliable, responsive and compassionate care the founders themselves would want for their own family.

Registered Mental Health Nurse, BSc Hons Community Specialist, NHS Institute for Leadership.
I am the Registered Manager for RJN Care Solutions, with senior operational leadership experience and more than 36 years of continuous service across NHS mental health services, crisis services, rehabilitation, learning disabilities and older people’s services. Throughout my career, I have successfully led high-performing teams, including services accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and have contributed to services achieving CQC Outstanding ratings.
My experience includes frontline clinical practice, safeguarding leadership, governance oversight, workforce development, quality assurance and management of regulated activities in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Regulated Activities Regulations 2014. My extensive understanding of community mental health, crisis prevention, risk management and person-centred care directly supports the safe and effective delivery of domiciliary care services for adults with mental health needs.
In addition to my professional experience, I also bring lived experience as a long-term family carer, which further strengthens my understanding of dignity, compassion and the importance of personalised support.
