When work commitments made it increasingly difficult for us to provide **full-time home care in Essex** for my father, we entrusted Major Domicile with his day-to-day needs, including medication, cooking, cleaning, general welfare and companionship.

Naturally, we were apprehensive at first about placing his care in someone else's hands. We regularly made unannounced visits to ensure he was receiving the level of attention and support he deserved. Not once did we find anything lacking. In fact, we noticed quite the opposite: he seemed happier, more relaxed and less burdened by the challenges of everyday life.

My father was genuinely pleased with both the service and his carers, who, over time, became an extension of our family. What began as a practical necessity turned into a source of genuine reassurance and peace of mind for all of us.

We are grateful for the compassion, professionalism and dignity with which they cared for him.

Finding the right care for a loved one can be such a challenge and stressful however Major Domicile Ltd exceeded all of our expectations from the customer service to the care for my grandad. Every career who visited was caring, respectful and genuinely dedicated to providing the best support and care. Additionally we had the same two careers each time which helped build a rapport and trust for us a family and our dad.

They built a wonderful relationship with our dad and helped them maintain their independence while ensuring their wellbeing. The compassion shown by all the staff made a real difference to our dad and the family. We are truly grateful for the care and support. I had a positive experience with this care home i would recommend to anyone looking for support for a vulnerable family member. They really looked after my grandmother after she had a fall at home, very friendly service they were a great at attending to her care needs and provided great companionship.

The two ladies who attended her were very professional, trustworthy,approachable and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them although sometimes my partner did make it difficult for them.They went beyond their time sometimes to ensure that their duties were completed. It was so nice to see the same two girls on a regular basis unlike many other care providers. Everyone from the team were so helpful and professional and I can highly recommend them. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

I cannot thank this company enough they gave me some life back and treated my mum like a queen. Nothing is to much for them, they are always on time and do actually care about the people they look after. They built my mum up and my mum thought the world of them. If you are looking for carers please don't hesitate to give these a try. I don't think you will regret it. Mum's flat was kept beautifully clean and fresh the girls would clean cook do the washing as I said nothing is to much. They even got mum up dancing to her favourite music I owe a massive thank you to them. We used them from May 2024-July 2026
