Hastings Homecare24 is a domiciliary care provider offering flexible, person-centred support that helps people live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible in their own homes.
The service provides companionship care, live-in care, couples live-in care, respite care, and longer visits of four hours or more. Support is tailored to each person’s needs, routines, preferences, and wishes, with dignity, consistency, and meaningful relationships at the heart of care.
Companionship care supports emotional wellbeing, social connection and independence. Carers can provide conversation, shared activities, support with daily routines, light household tasks, shopping, appointments and local outings, helping reduce loneliness and isolation.
Live-in care provides continuous, one-to-one support from a dedicated carer living in the person’s home. Support can include personal care, meal preparation, medication support, mobility assistance, daily routines, overnight reassurance and companionship. Couples can also receive live-in care together, helping partners remain in their familiar home while receiving individualised support.
Respite care provides short-term support when family members or regular carers need a break, are unwell, or are temporarily unavailable. Care can be arranged for a few days or several weeks, helping maintain familiar routines and providing reassurance to families.
Longer visits of four hours or more provide unrushed support with personal care, meals, household tasks, shopping, appointments and social activities.
Hastings Homecare24 prioritises continuity, clear communication and carefully matched carers. Care adapts as individual needs and circumstances change, supporting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life at home.

I have over 20 years’ experience combining recruitment and healthcare, helping people find the right care and supporting carers to thrive in roles that truly suit them. I’ve always enjoyed working with people and making meaningful connections that help others live fuller, more supported lives.
My approach is built on empathy, kindness, and listening. I believe great care comes from truly understanding individual needs and matching clients with the right carers. I take pride in delivering exactly what we promise and in the positive feedback we receive from clients and carers alike.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors walking my two spaniels and keeping active with CrossFit, which helps me stay positive, focused, and energised.

I am driven by a genuine passion for helping others; I find my greatest fulfilment in supporting clients to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own homes. At Hastings Homecare24, my approach is built on a foundation of honesty, warmth, and a commitment to ensuring every individual’s wants and wishes are met through regular “check-ins” and attentive care. To me, “good care” means seeing a client happy and empowered to lead their daily life exactly how they choose.
I believe the most vital qualities in this role are the ability to listen deeply and remain consistently thoughtful. There is no better feeling than knowing I’ve made a difference; I was particularly moved when a colleague shared that a client specifically praised my caring nature and reliable presence. If I had to describe the environment here in three words, they would be rewarding, friendly, and reliable.
When I’m not supporting our clients, I’m usually surrounded by my large, lively family; most people are surprised to learn I have seven children! I love unwinding by walking my dogs, catching a film, meeting up with friends for a meal, or enjoying a spirited game of Bingo.

I have dedicated my career to the care sector since the age of 20, driven by a lifelong passion for helping others. At Hastings Homecare24, my approach is defined by empathy and a “person-first” philosophy, ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and that their personal choices remain at the forefront of the support we provide.
I find the most fulfilment in the productive balance of my role—from the rewarding moment of hiring a dedicated new team member to hearing the positive impact our service has on a client’s life. I believe great care is rooted in clear communication, patience, and a commitment to high-standard customer service.
Outside of work, I apply that same dedication to my personal health and discipline. I am currently training for a bodybuilding competition, a goal that keeps me focused and energised. To unwind, I value quality time “clowning around” with my two children and enjoying long walks with our miniature dachshund.

I was drawn to a career in care by a simple, heartfelt goal: to help people and leave a positive impact on their lives every single day. My approach is deeply person-centred I believe that by truly understanding a client’s unique preferences, routines, and beliefs, I can provide support that is perfectly tailored to them as an individual. To me, “good care” is rooted in respect and the encouragement of independence, ensuring that every person feels empowered in their own home.
At Hastings Homecare24, which I would describe as rewarding, supportive, and engaging, I strive to bring empathy, patience, and clear communication to every interaction. A “good day” for me is one that is productive and handled with a calm, professional manner, regardless of the challenges that may arise. When I’m off the clock, I love to retreat into a good book; reading is my favourite way to unwind and recharge after a busy, fulfilling day of supporting others.
